These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aurexa Beauty website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General

This website is operated by AUREXA Beauty. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AUREXA Beauty.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and details as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Product specifications may be updated or modified without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Orders & Acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to place the order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent or incomplete.

  • Limit quantities purchased per customer.

Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. Orders are confirmed once processed and dispatched.

4. Payment Method – Cash on Delivery (COD)

AUREXA Beauty currently operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis within Lebanon.

  • Full payment is due at the time of delivery.

  • Customers must ensure availability to receive and pay for the order.

  • Orders may not be opened before payment unless permitted by the courier.

Failure to accept delivery without valid reason may result in restriction from placing future orders.

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may lead to cancellation of future purchases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility is shared with the shipping provider.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition received

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Approved refunds will be issued according to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Warranty

Aurexa Glide includes a 1-month Manufacturer Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper handling

  • Unauthorized modifications

Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Logos

  • Product names (including “AUREXA Glide”)

  • Images

  • Text

  • Designs

is the property of AUREXA Beauty and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AUREXA Beauty shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses arising from misuse of products

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
