Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

You may receive a confirmation call or message before your order is dispatched. Failure to confirm may result in cancellation.

Delivery Time

Delivery within Lebanon typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, or courier operations.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

AUREXA Beauty operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

  • Full payment is due at the time of delivery.

  • Customers must ensure availability to receive and pay for the order.

  • Accurate address and phone number details must be provided at checkout.

Failure to provide correct information may result in delays or cancellation.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal without valid reason

AUREXA Beauty reserves the right to cancel future orders placed by the same customer.

Delivery Delays

Once the order is handed to the courier, delivery coordination is managed by the shipping provider.

Damaged Packages

Customers are encouraged to inspect their package upon delivery.

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
