Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

We offer free return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Warranty

AUREXA Glide includes a 1-month Manufacturer Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
